After weeks of almost no proper sleep I finally slept moderately ok and woke up at a decent hour If I was getting sleep I was waking up past 12p which basically ruined my whole day since I could get little to nothing I wanted done even on my days off

Feeling much better now, who knew some solid sleep (and half a gummy) would do Wonders!
