Those who feel uncomfortable with others never realize when they are becoming oppressors because they see others as less human, less worthy. Pay attention to the outcome of your behavior/choices.
Too many of us are never taught a desire to know, fot example those who advocate for trade school education. Trades are fine but we should all be given a drive to learn throughout life. This crucial element would make society much less susceptible to propaganda and manipulation.
When this happens it's about the weak ego of the non-thinker; they criticize and tear down those who know more rather than learning from them.
Such a waste to build a statue that massive, a monument to fiction. How many homes could have been built with that labor?
Teachings of heaven and hell are thought-stoppers, emotional manipulations that block people from moving on to know truths. It's 2025; yes, we know how the early universe developed, yes we know oil how humans evolved from simple common chemicals. Learn, decide and control your own life.
Although I am asking that we educate people better so fewer of them end up with ignorant and discriminatory opinions.
If you aren't teaching about mistakes of past generations you are inviting new generations to discover and repeat them. Moral progress requires recognition of past poor behavior.
Let's be honest. The selfless, compassionate people of the world deserve more bandwidth than the selfish. Help make it so.
And for better or worse we know now that the right is more susceptible to propaganda, thus the financial success of right wing media. This will remain a problem for generations until the Fairness Doctrine is brought back.

We have seen this before. The erosion of empathy is a tool for dehumanization and societal infighting. The method? Fear-based propaganda.
