My first love in life was literature and writing. Over the past decade, it has been an on/off relationship, but I returned to creative writing more consistently this year, and braved doing a thing! Excited to have a couple of poems accepted for publication in the next issues of Interfere Journal.

I don't think this is talked about enough - how incredibly validating the #QualitativeInterviewing process can be for the #Researcher, when the people for whom the research is intended talk about the value they see in your work. This is the motivation that gets me through the bleakest #PhD days.

Inspired by the diverse, interesting and important work of my @ctsgbrighton.bsky.social, unified by their interest in people and enabling #SocialChange! With the state of global politics, it feels like a huge privileged to have this space, and the work itself - an ongoing act of #Resistance.
