By the way, quick protip about Patreon, it's best to join anyone's Patreon from the browser on any device or from the Android app If you join via the iOS app, Apple takes 30% of the fee and either the creator swallows this or raises prices to compensate, plus Apple holds onto $$ for 90 days 😱

NASA Administrator Isaacman just said that they will launch a fission-powered spacecraft in 2028 called "SR1 Freedom" and that it will go to Mars (!) and drop a payload of Ingenuity-class helicopters to the surface. So that's the third suprise launch for the 2028 window.

Facebook plans to put facial recognition in its glasses and they think we’re too stupid to fight back. Their internal memo: “We will launch during a dynamic political environment where many civil society groups that we would expect to attack us would have their resources focused on other concerns.”
