Strength isn't pretending you're never hurt. Strength is waking up every day, carrying what life gave you, and choosing kindness anyway. That's the kind of person I want to be. 😊

Life taught me something I never expected. Family isn't always the people you're born to.
Sometimes it's the friends who stay. The people who answer the phone. The people who believe in you when you struggle to believe in yourself.

Turn your battles into blessings. At 19, I lost both of my parents. I was bullied. I faced depression and anxiety while learning to navigate life as an autistic person. I don't have family to lean on, but I've been blessed with friends who became my family.

Autism has taught me that different doesn't mean less. Everyone has strengths.
Everyone has challenges.Being autistic doesn't make me less capable, less valuable, or less deserving of understanding. It just means I experience the world differently. 😊

Autism is part of my identity. But it isn't my entire identity. I'm more than just my autism. I'm a person with my own personality, interests, strengths, and challenges. That's what I hope people see. 😊

One thing people often get wrong about autism is thinking we all dislike socializing. I'm autistic, and I genuinely enjoy talking to people. I seem to attract kind people, and I love getting to know them. Being autistic doesn't mean we all have the same personality.

I don't want people to feel sorry for me because I'm autistic. I want people to understand me. There's a difference. That's why I share what autism is really like through my own experiences. If even one person sees autism differently because of something I post, it's worth it. 😊

Autism isn't a lack of ability it's a different way of thinking and experiencing the world. Different abilities can exist alongside real disabilities and support needs. 😊

I want to take a minute to thank everyone for making this a safe space for me to talk about being Autistic. a lot of what I post once seemed like giant mountains I would never understand how to overcome. 😊

Life hasn’t always been easy for me. Living with autism, anxiety, and learning difficulties has brought many challenges, and there have been times when I felt lost and alone.

Autism is part of who I am. It comes with challenges, but it has also shaped the way I think, learn, and see the world. I've learned that being different isn't something to hide it's something to embrace. I'm proud of who I am. 😊

Hi everyone I’ve had so many people asking if I’m okay because I haven’t posted in a while. I’m okay I just took a little break from social media. Thank you so much to everyone who checked in on me. Your kindness really means a lot. 😊

Sometimes I forget how far I’ve come. Living with autism, going through loss, pain, and constant change none of it’s been easy. But I’m still here. Still trying. Still growing. And that means everything. 😊

People who haven't experienced a UK heatwave always think we're exaggerating, but it's a different kind of heat. The humidity is brutal, most of our houses are built to keep warmth in, hardly anyone has air conditioning, and by the evening your house feels like an oven.

Life is precious. The more I experience it, the more I realize that humans aren't meant to be alone. We're wired for connection. We need each other not just to survive, but to truly live. In the end, the most meaningful part of life is the people we share it with. 😊

Grief doesn’t really “go away.”
You just learn how to carry it differently over time. Some days it’s quiet. Other days it feels like everything all at once. And somehow you keep going anyway.

I wrote this for my Dad before he passed away. “Dad I watched you suffer, I watched you sigh, and all that I could do was just sit by. When the time came by I suffered too, you never deserved what you went through. Always be with you in my thoughts.”
