These are eye-popping numbers. I am flat out stunned to see $64.7 million spent on a primary election. Can someone help me understand why?

Have been a member of the @whca.bsky.social almost continuously since the 1990s. Our mission is to defend the First Amendment rights of White House correspondents to report on the president without fear or favor. Unfortunately last night did not advance that cause. Time to rethink the dinner.

I have questions. 1. Why was Trump handing out medals to the World Cup teams? 2. Why didn't the President of Mexico and the PM of Canada have the same opportunity? 3. What made Trump think it was ok to stand with the Spanish team at the end of the award ceremony?

In doing so, I believe the Trump administration is the first since Nixon to continue waging a war despite both houses of Congress voting to end hostilities.
In 2001, Walter Cronkite appeared on the David Letterman show and shared his thoughts.
I remember working in the Advancement Office at Wheaton College in the 90s. Back then, we didn't admit that Wes Craven was an alumnus even though he made the Nightmare on Elm Street franchise. I don't know what you call the nightmare that Russell Vought has unleashed. But he's a Wheaton alum too.

It does not depend on the circumstances. Unwarranted searches and seizures are not constitutional. His primary job is to protect and defend the Constitution.
