Been a bit quiet on socials so decided to show the first piece of promo art for my new game and some extra bits. Any feedback is welcome.

The start of a city builder where you play minigames to collect resources. The first screen filled with green will be where the city can be built and the minigame shown in the video is 1 of at least 3 to be put in full game and with art hopefully 😅. #lsbugames #gamedev #unity2d

Recently competed in the #GMTK2025 Game Jam! The theme was loop and I made the game Loopy Paper Planes which you can try out using the link below. benjamin-game-design.itch.io/loopy-paper-...

Started a new project which currently includes the basics of a building system. A few small issues here and there but overall working better than I expected. #lsbugames #unity3d #gamedev

Added some basic images for the different buff and abilities that you can get in the game to make it more interesting. I will eventually add these to the front of the slot machine as well. #lsbugames #unity3d #gamedev

Added a screen to contain player stats to make the UI and the screen look les full and messy. #lsbugames #unity3d #gamedev

Animations, Textures and some SFX are all working for 2/3 enemies and some SFX for the player jump and the button. I made all the effects myself too. #lsbugames #unity3d #gamedev

Animations are in but the enemy is broken again and I have been trying to fix that and a couple of issues with shaders this week. So here is the animations by itself. #lsbugames #unity3d #gamedev

A new model almost finished! All that is left is to animate it and put it into unity. #lsbugames #unity3d #gamedev

Been messing around with shaders and lighting. #lsbugames #unity3d #gamedev

Got a slot machine animated and textured. let me know what you think!

The abilities finally work. Now I will be working on some sounds.

Got the music made by @connorrmcg.bsky.social in and the volume setting works. Next is adding sound.

Current game now includes enemies that do things a better level layout and an almost complete settings menu.

Keep forgetting to share progress I am making for my game so here is another update. The game has most of a gameplay loop now I just need to add enemies/obstacles and to add a timer too. After that it is just sound and art. 🙂

Grandfather Clock for my final year project #lsbugames #3DModelling
