If we find out Mitch died tomorrow, his seat remains open until the midterms. A special election would almost certainly have been won by a Republican, and definitely will be in January, so it seems the best case scenario is for it to be empty a few months, so isn't he kinda doing Democrats a favor?
Her choice was basically lie to the court and risk losing her law license, which would end her job, or tell the truth and end her job. Love both options for her.

It was so brave for Bernie Moreno to speak up when it would have the least impact possible.
My husband has decided we should have lots of houseplants which I think means he's decided I should be solely responsible for taking care of lots of houseplants.
If a lawyer helped Max Miller craft his statement, they probably should have chimed in about the "if I really assaulted my wife why did she agree to meet with me later?" part, but what do I know?
After the success of the latest Spider-Man movie Hollywood is desperately searching Reddit threads for other spider-related creepy pasta.
It's famously easy for women to leave abusive relationships. Especially when small children are involved. Obviously I trust the creepy dead-eyed man.

This is such a messed up story. Power and secrecy is more important to Senator Moreno than the safety and lives of his own daughter and granddaughter.

We're in the 2nd year of a horrible crime and yet no one will stop "Project Runway" for putting the eliminations at the beginning of an episode. People need to pay.
"The Devil Wears Prada 2" proved you can make a sequel decades later with a good story worth telling, and I've suggested several times there be a "Clueless" sequel about her cluelessly raising her daughter (obviously my idea was stolen) but making it a series instead of a movie seems like a mistake.
Is Jeanine Pirro fully over it and ready to go back to Fox News? I can't think of any other explanation.
They lie and lie until they have to face the courts and sometimes they still lie but they can't lie forever and sometime the poorly installed rubber meets the road.
