Bernadette Greene-Placentia for Congress | Candidate for #AZ08 | Trucker. Small business owner. Fighter for working families. 🇺🇸 https://www.bgp4az.com | https://secure.actblue.com/donate/bgp_website
Yesterday was a busy day on the campaign trail! 🇺🇸 We kicked off the morning launching an LD3 canvass, met voters at the LD3 Candidate Expo in Anthem, and joined Deborah Howard and Kyle Clayton for a house party hosted by Joanne Crawford.
Every student deserves the resources and opportunities to succeed. Bernadette supports strong public schools, investing in our teachers, and protecting federal education funding that helps students and classrooms across the country. Our students and teachers deserve the tools they need to thrive.
ENDORSEMENT ANNOUNCEMENT Bernadette is proud to receive the endorsement of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters Local 104. Thank you to the members of Teamsters Local 104 for their support and for the work they do every day for Arizona’s working families.
It was a packed house at the West Valley Democratic Candidates Rally today!
Sunday morning means walkin’, knockin’, and talkin’. Bernadette spent the morning talking with neighbors about the rising cost of living and the challenges working families are facing. Along the way, she met a fellow truck driver who shared why this election matters to him.
Abe Hamadeh isn’t people first. He isn’t even America first. He’s Donald Trump first.
Hamadeh was outraged when Bernadette said “bullshit” at a debate he didn’t even show up for. Then his War Room posted “Kris Mayes didn’t win shit” and Abe reposted it. Seven failed lawsuits. Still denying the election. Still a hypocrite. Apparently Abe’s standards only apply to everyone else.
America’s union workers help keep our country running every day. They build our roads and bridges, transport our goods, teach our kids, care for our families, keep us safe, and power our communities.
Happy Labor Day, Arizona! 🇺🇸 Today, we celebrate the hardworking people who keep our communities strong and our state moving forward.
For Bernadette, healthcare and veterans’ care aren’t just policy issues. They’re personal. She lost her father, a Vietnam veteran, while he was waiting for a VA cardiology appointment. Six months later, she lost her mother, who had been rationing her insulin because she couldn’t afford it.
Working families deserve tax relief, not more breaks for billionaires. Bernadette believes billionaires should pay their fair share so we can reduce the deficit, protect programs like SNAP, and let hardworking Arizonans keep more of what they earn. Lower taxes. Stronger families. A better Arizona.
59 charges: including rape, sex trafficking, and indecent images of a child. And Abe Hamadeh wants to protect them from extradition. That tells you everything you need to know about his judgment.
We’re proud to receive the endorsement of the AFL-CIO and grateful for their support. Thank you to the hardworking men and women of organized labor who keep Arizona and our country moving forward. We’re honored to stand with working people.
Tonight is the Clean Elections debate for Arizona’s 8th District. Bernadette will be there, ready to answer questions and defend where she stands. Abe Hamadeh? He didn’t even respond to the invitation. No town halls. No debate. No accountability.
Arizona has safely used mail-in voting for decades. Now, the Trump administration is trying to interfere with how our state runs its elections and put new barriers between voters and their ballots.
Seniors worked their whole lives for Medicare. They shouldn’t get stuck paying more at the pharmacy because Washington decided to cut help with prescription costs. We should be lowering drug costs, not shifting the bill onto seniors on fixed incomes. Arizona seniors deserve better.
Abe Hamadeh has declined to debate Bernadette. He keeps avoiding accountability from the people he was elected to represent. If you work for Arizona’s 8th District, you should have to face Arizona’s 8th District. Show up. Answer the questions. Debate Bernadette.
Proud to earn the endorsement of Courage for Democracy! They work to defend free and fair elections, protect our democratic institutions, and support leaders who put country over party. Bernadette will always stand up for our Constitution, our democracy, and the people of #AZ08. 🇺🇸
I’m honored to have the endorsement of the Stonewall Democrats of Arizona, who work across our state to elect leaders committed to equality. I stand firmly with the LGBTQ+ community. We are building a coalition for EVERYONE in AZ-08—and together we’re going to flip this seat!
I’m proud to announce that I’ve earned the endorsement of Unity Rising. This election, we need leaders who will fight for labor rights, lower costs, affordable housing, and an economy that rewards work. With Unity Rising standing alongside us, our coalition continues to grow. Let’s do this, AZ!
Proud to earn the endorsement of Ironworkers Local 75. Arizona’s ironworkers build the infrastructure that keeps our communities moving, and they deserve a representative who will fight for good union jobs, fair wages, strong benefits, and safe working conditions. Thank you! Let’s get to work. 💪
I’m honored to have the endorsement of LiUNA. Working people built this country, and they deserve leaders who will always have their backs. In Congress, I’ll fight for good-paying union jobs, safe workplaces, strong benefits, and an economy where working families can get ahead.
I am proud to receive the endorsement of Rick McCartney. Rick is the Founder/CEO of InMedia Company & former AZ CD-1 candidate. Rick supports key priorities of my campaign, such as protecting and funding Social Security, Medicare, the VA, and knows I will fight to lower costs.
I am proud to receive the endorsement of Tim Stringham, the former candidate for Maricopa County Recorder. When running for this office, Tim campaigned on making Arizona elections more accesible for all. If elected, I will fight for a democracy that works for all of us, not just politicans.
I am proud to have the endorsement of Aaron Márquez, a member of the Arizona House of Representatives. In the state house, Márquez is fighting to help bring down healthcare costs, create more jobs, and make Arizona more affordable. These are values I will continue to fight for.
As a lifelong gun owner and shooter I realize there are common sense reforms we can make to keep our kids and communities safe. I’m proud to receive the Moms Demand Action Gun Sense Candidate distinction. I’ll keep fighting for common-sense gun safety. #GunSenseCandidate
