25 years later, we remember. As a firefighter and paramedic, I honor the 2,977 lives lost, the first responders who ran toward danger, and the families forever changed. Their courage, sacrifice, and service will never be forgotten. 🇺🇸

The arrest of a Fort Pierce officer accused of improperly using Flock cameras proves why I oppose mass surveillance. Public safety matters, but so does privacy. Government technology should protect our communities, not turn innocent residents into targets of constant tracking.

NYC Unseals 9/11 Files: Mayor Zohran Mamdani released more than 170,000 pages of NYC records on the government’s 9/11 response and settled two 9/11 Health Watch lawsuits, ending years of battles over post-attack air quality and health records.

Yesterday was a true testament to the community coming together for a great cause. Grateful for the chance to participate in the annual pull for autism to support the Connections School in West Palm Beach, Florida. This year I had to bright idea to try and pull the fire truck all by myself.

A great way to get involved in the process is to work the polls at your local polling location.

The deep SNAP cuts enacted last year have harmful ripple effects: Kids losing SNAP also lose automatic enrollment for free meals at school. And as more kids lose SNAP, schools may be forced to drop Community Eligibility & end free meals for all students.

I oppose massive data centers near our schools and communities. We cannot gamble with our children’s health, safety, environment, water, and quality of life to benefit corporate interests. Schools and families must come before profits. Our children are not negotiable.

We ain’t won yet because we ain’t one yet.

Jupiter’s waterfront is not just another development opportunity. Any proposed marina or hotel at the Suni Sands property must protect our waterways, environment, historic resources, and community character. Development must work for residents, not just developers.

I’m incredibly honored and grateful to receive the 2025 Life Safety Award from Palm Beach County Fire Rescue. This recognition represents the teamwork of the incredible firefighters, paramedics, physicians, hospitals, and everyone involved in giving our patients the best possible chance at survival.

Fort Pierce shouldn’t become another data center corridor. I oppose the proposed 174-acre data center at I-95 & Midway Rd. We need development that creates good-paying jobs, not projects that strain our power, water, infrastructure & environment while residents bear the costs.

Martin County is worth protecting. I support the proposed moratorium on large-scale data centers, and I believe we should go further. Our water, power, environment, infrastructure & quality of life should not be sacrificed for corporate profits. I’m against data centers in Martin County.

Another wrinkle in the grand jury findings involving the whole Florida scandal is current US Senator Ashley Moody, Angie Nixon’s opponent in the 2026 midterm election, was the Attorney General who approved taking $10 million from sick kids to fund efforts to oppose citizen led ballot initiatives.

Hope Florida raises serious questions about taxpayer money and political influence. A grand jury found $10M was misappropriated for political purposes. No criminal charges, but Floridians still deserve transparency, accountability & answers.

First Dolly Parton, and now Tim Curry a.k.a. Pennywise the dancing clown. I swear it’s all the wrong 80 year olds being taken away right now.

📢 Port St. Lucie, Let’s Talk About Amendment 3! Tonight at 6:00 PM, I encourage everyone to come out to the MidFlorida Credit Union Event Center in Port St. Lucie for an important community discussion on Amendment 3.

Feels good to rest, relax, and reflect. And to all of you who have been wondering, my journey is far from over.

Tonight, I want to begin by saying thank you. Thank you to everyone who knocked on a door, made a phone call, put up a sign, shared a message, volunteered at an event, made a contribution, or simply told a friend that it was time for a different kind of leadership.

Election update:  the curing of ballots has already been underway. The election boards across the three counties will be meeting today at 4 PM in St. Lucie and Palm Beach, counties, and 5 PM in Martin county.

Update: there are still provisional and mail in ballots that need to be curated before it is determined if they will be counted or not. There will be meetings tomorrow afternoon across the three counties in my district to look at those ballots and determine if they should be included in the count.

Thank you to everyone who supported this campaign, knocked doors, made calls, shared our message, and cast your vote. I am incredibly grateful for each and every one of you. This race is still too close to call. We are waiting for the final results, and there are still ballots left to be counted.

There have been approximately 22,143 ballots cast for the Democratic nomination here in Florida Congressional District 21. Early voting is now over. This Tuesday, August 18th, is Election Day. There are over 150,000 eligible democrats in this district who have not voted in the primary yet.

Don’t wait until the last minute. Today is the last day to early vote here in St. Lucie and Martin Counties.
