I had my yearly physical today. My primary care provider looked on the screen and saw that I needed bloodwork done beforehand. Then she saw that I had gotten it done. SHE CAME OVER AND HUGGED ME. Clients have to take care of themselves as much as possible because the system is broken. 😬 -E
