this is just 5% of my financial problems i owe the hospital over $100K and i’ve missed 2 minimum payments (this agreement allowed me to keep getting care, so non-payment means they won’t assist me unless its an emergency) i owe the oncologist, anaesthetist from my surgery & radiation facility too

i also want to get pain medication but i’m so afraid to use the money i received so far because what if i end up just short of the amount & it takes days to fundraise more 😔 it’s happened like that before & i was so hard on myself bc i missed out on earlier dates for my appointments

we’re both convinced that some of these organisations only fund a handful of cancer patients & somehow pocket or misuse the funds that people donate

time is really not on my side they need to identify tumor growth & come up with a treatment plan fast if i want to make it and i think i want to there have been times i was super close to giving up

i applied for aid to pay for the scan but no outcome yet. it costs ~$2150 excluding the pre and post consultation i’m so behind on bills there’s no way i can get together enough for that
