I find myself doing a lot of architecture exploration lately & generating markdown files to summarize findings or plans. Copying those elsewhere was turning into having to hunt them down later, so I wrote a skill to tag them and drop them into my Obsidian vault and organized them with a new base

Took a couple hours over the past few days to clean up and modernize my dotfiles and related things. - Fully switched over to Ghostty & Neovim. - Ancient vim plugins gone (except Fugitive.vim 🫶 ) - Installation & updates are now just shell scripts, No dependencies Now onto something more fun.

When I'm handed a document written with an LLM and it has a basic but consequential fact wrong, am I a jerk for immediately questioning the entire thing? To me, it's a sign people aren't doing their diligence with these things.

I met Hoeven briefly while accompanying my grandfather on a WWII Honor Flight. He is without question the most hollow human being I've ever met. Maybe I've been fortunate to not know many grifters in my day, but that isn't saying much for him.

Sen. Hoeven: "We can't just go by what we saw on videos on social media. We've got to get the facts. But in a situation where an individual appears to have approached law enforcement, intervened while they're trying to do their job, and he has a loaded handgun, think about that."
