Truer words were never uttered: California has the US number one economy, and it's been booming for a decade; it also ranks in the top five states in education, healthcare and life expectancy. Tennessee, conversely, ranks in the bottom five of the fifty states in each of these categories.

The first Russian diesel cargo heading for the US left St Petersburg on September 22, two weeks *before* Trump announced the deal with Putin, Windward reports. The Greek-flagged tanker Minerva Zen carrying 275,000 barrels of diesel/gasoil is due at the US East Coast around 11–12 October.

I think this analysis is correct. Reports out of Russia for the last six weeks show huge diesel shortages and long lines of cars trying to get it. Russia doesn't have the diesel Trump says he's buying for them. This is all for another purpose, which is psy ops.
