This is just rank Islamophobia and anti-Arab racism, based on the bigoted idea that there is something inherently scary about a president with the last name "El-Sayed." It is incumbent on all of us to call it out.

I think with the accessibility of AI, it has diminished the viability of the artist. It’s partly why I don’t feel inspired to create these days. It’s the camera phone vs photographer era all over again.
Vic Mensa thinks that by investing in Black-led AI software, it can help offset the racist programming of AI in general… I agree. If AI is being taught to be discriminatory towards Black and Brown people, surely AI software spearheaded by Black and Brown people can help balance the scales.

I’m working on rebuilding my confidence in myself. It feels like my spark is gone since my grandmother’s passing. I haven’t created any new art or anything. I haven’t been inspired. I’ll get there though.
