I love when characters in media can do this sort of thing. I've always called it 'Being a duoped' insofar as stance goes! Duo in that you can walk on twos, OR, go into all terrain mode at will. It's a super fun character quirk, and I've been happy to see more of it.

something i forgot to mention is how fresh it is to have a creature capture game that made me feel like i was really playing one for the first time again. it was refreshing to double check type match ups, to lose fights and try again with different aniimo. to feel like MY aniimo were helping me win

With my time up in Aniimo id like to say the game has a couple things i feel are very hostile to players if they stay as they are implemented but, overall i enjoyed my time in Idyll. My Glynsera, Sickle, ventured through the land and helped me become an elite pathfinder, til we meet again partner!

actual super problem with aniimo: pvp is teams of 3, you cannot be matchmade with a team (i waited an hour and a half) if you match make solo, you are by yourself. so ANY TEAM with more than one teammate will blast you bc of sheer numbers. beta has been lonely but, what a kick in the teeth

im pretty sure no one i have spoken to who got into aniimo realizes they only get to play for like... 4 or 5 more days. this game is fun but damn its lonely

underrated advice that i wish i'd figured out way earlier in my digital art life: if your drawing software lets you adjust your pen pressure so you can make more varied line weights without using a lot of pressure, DO IT!!! cut off the end of that pressure curve!!!
