I don't get this anger about having Mayor Mamdani at the 9/11 Memorial. Did he say something incendiary about 9/11? If not, then the only issue all these people have is that he is simply Muslim. In my eyes, that would make all these people who are advocating for this--racist.

I still maintain that either the Seattle place kicker or the punter should have been the MVP of that game. Both of them did a lot of the work in that game. The punter punted 15 times, and the kicker's points total (including PATs) was 17 of the 29 total points Seattle scored.
I'm a Niner fan watching the Seattle/LA game. It doesn't matter who really wins as far as I'm concerned. Whoever it is, I will be rooting for against the Patriots in the SB. That's a given.

The school district where I work has a reading program funded through Americorps. We just found out today the program is no longer funded b/c of DOGE cuts and cannot continue. It was a really great program that had good success for our students. Gotta have those tax cuts for billionaires!
