Might be a good time to say this again! As the question comes up from time to time. Bikubot is not and will not be implementing any Generative AI features, like TTS that uses Gen AI. The belief is firmly that real work like artists should be supported and not have it being used without permission.
Really looking forward to seeing what people do with this!

But now the first part of "logic" is in! Make the bot do different things depending on current OBS scene, active Vtuber studio model, user message and more.

Meld was high on the list of things I wanted to add support for in Bikubot as it looked like a really cool alternative for OBS, that is no longer true as it now has the same problem as any product that uses GenAI.

I should have added this a long time ago, but my brain was still in like 2020, when most people was using websites for "alerts" and chatbots for chat things. But glad to finally catch up and have it in! Time to catch up on more things!

I am soooo tired of my brain! I have so many ideas and things I wanna do, but somehow I can't get myself to focus on any one of them. Nowadays I know it's because I have ADHD (as I got diagnosed a few months ago), but it doesn't make thing any less frustrating.

‼️Update‼️ You can now connect Bikubot to things like Warudo and VNyan or your own custom creation. With the new Websocket client in Bikubot, you can now send and receive messages to/from other programs, allowing a new level of creativity and synchronization.

Tbh it's disheartening to see furry streamers still using the TTS AI thing. I was annoyed when I saw it at first but now I'm just... I dunno, tired? Like, your model, your assets, your textures, those all came from artists. But the voices get a pass because "Oh sometimes they say something SILLY!!"
The new system of focusing on smaller scope updates are so far working good, would not say I am up to full speed yet, but it's progress :D

Learning some things with me, my ADD diagnosis and work on Bikubot. Forcing myself to work on one thing hinders me. My brain surges with ideas and loses focus. Trying to add too many things into one update overwhelms me. Allow myself to work on other ideas, try smaller scopes.
After 5 year of waiting I have finally gotten to do my ADHD "survey/test" at the doctor and now I've gotten the results. I have severe ADD and very light autistic "features". It feels good yo have a reason for all the problem (and cause for depression) one has had over the years
It's so cool to have a mascot for Bikubot, I really love it! But dam was it hard to choice, had to ask my patreons to vote as I could not decide and they picked a great one!

So it only appropriate that Bikubot should have a mascot too, So I set up a design contest to create a mascot for Bikubot with prizes for the top 3 designs. Entry and information can be found below.
with the new update to bikubot, i've been able to make the [DESTROYED] redeem even more ridiculous. 1,330,560* possible haikus made of the original guilty gear lines plus other quotes and in-jokes, now with subtitles and more effects thank you @bikubot.bsky.social for enabling my shenanigans
