Well it's not a seabird but it is #black and fishing, a crow eating the fish it just caught, it wades along in the river shallows turning over stones to see what's hiding, pinning the fish under its foot before eating it. The sun's out so the birds are #SplashingAround in the bird bath. The wood pigeon really needs a bigger bath and causes the water to overflow. The starlings seem to be having women only bathing session and the house sparrow just wants a drink. #BirdOfTheDay #birds #ukbirds

For #BirdOfTheDay here is a Eurasian magpie having several baths in the rare sun we had yesterday, it jumps in, throws water everywhere and then flies off, only to return a minute later and repeat the event, it does this multiple times before deciding its finished. #Corvidae #birds #ukbirds
