It shows Olly blushing as he walks by girls gossiping about his new ornament.

It shifts to Olly sitting in a lecture hall, turning toward a sound from the hallway.

Beldaruit is walking by on his sealchair with Qifrey in tow, seemingly trying to gently lecture him as Qifrey looks grump as he holds onto Olly's ribbon on his hat. There's a close up then of him holding it tightly, pressing it toward his mouth like a security blanket.

Olly turns away, flushing and pressing his cheeks down into his hands.

Qifrey pulls off his glasses, wiping the darkened lens as he speaks. "I understand you frequent the night shift, else I would have introduced myself sooner, my apologies." he closes his eye as Olruggio's voice speaks up after a small pause.

"Yer the new doctor?"

"Mm"

The next panel becomes dark and formless then, showing a bright outline of a person with no distinct detail. The detail of Olly's face is revealed as the POV is seeing through Qifrey's glasses, the world dark outside the view of his glasses as Olly speaks again.

"Yer too pretty to be a doctor here."

Qifrey smiles, lowering his head as his pince-nez glasses are affixed to his face.

"My,"

Qifrey's head lifts, a smile on his lips that's at once kind and yet unsettling.

"I've only just arrived, and already such flattery."

There is a small close up of Olruggio's eye, irritated with the response. He turns on his heel then and Qifrey looks on with a somewhat blank smile as Olly waves his hand dismissively as he exits.

"it wasn't a compliment. You'll be gone 'fore winter."
