Talking Gaming, chatting with friends etc. Don't assume there is going to be anything deep and meaningful from this account.
S4 of The Diplomat was intense, I loved it. @netflix.com I'm really hoping for a Season 5, there was a bit of a "cleaning house" in terms of the cast and the casting of Jodie Whittaker is amazing! Eidra (Ali Ahn) is my favourite character. She's so fucking weird I love it.
I've completed all 12 floors before, but this is my first time I've managed 36 stars. (normally I miss one or two).
Genshin 7.1 - I know I said I wanted 305+ pulls at the start of 7.1, but I decided to try and get about 50 pity as a head start. unfortunately, after 20 pulls I won a Flins (C1), so I switched and then after 30 pulls I won Ineffa (C1). So 50 pulls burnt, no pity. Anyway, let's get Vensa!
All this noise about Anne Hathaway is in Days of Thunder 2 and Nicole Kidman isn't doesn't make sense because it's a different character. Nicole's character was a doctor, and Anne's character is a team owner. That would be one hell of a career path, plus both of these actors are amasing anyway.
Is Jon Bernthal capable of being in something bad? Everthing I've seen him in has been great.
I hate it when a "Limited Series" is really really good. You get to love the characters, but that's it, story ended, you'll never see them again.
Announcement: "A Hazy Shade of Winter" by Simon & Garfunkel is a fucking-tune - Thank you for your attention in this matter.
Genshin - New version 7.0! New Region!! New Archon to meet!!! So much to do, but not today. I did have to "whale" a little to get enough pulls for the start of the release, which I'm sort of ok about. Plans are to pull for Odette, but not the weapon, so let's go!
Genshin has done a webevent which is sort of a "new region coming, so let's look at how you got here". But it's a little strange. Version 1.x Song of Dragon and Freedom, last act of Mondstadt - Prologue A New Star Approaches, last act of Liyue - Chapter 1 Fine so far
Once, I was known for using spreadsheet to organise my gaming time. Keep stats and configurations so I knew what I need to burn my time on grinding. No more. Now I'm using AI to do all that for me. I'm currently coding something by passing prompts back and forth between two projects.
Hot take: The Norris v Piastri argument is one of the worst arguments on the internet and there are just too many sites posting click bait dumb shit to wind both sets of fans up.
Finished watching S4 of The Traitors US, the final reminded me of a final from the UK series. I really hope these people get support when they come out.
Also... wait what? Sam Neill has died? OK, the uprising can wait until after a period of mourning.
Blachloch@blachloch.bsky.social · 3mo agoI pointed out to a friend "Your world map is wrong, it's missing New Zealand" I also told her "New Zealand is 'just off the coast of Australia', in the same way that 'Scotland is just off the coast of North Africa'. It's about the same distance. Time to raise up and be recognised my Kiwi friends!

I'll be honest, I'm conflicted. On the one hand, I might get an extra day off, on the other hand, England win the world cup. FUCK YOU STARMER! YOU FOUND MY WEAKNESS!!!
Finally, now we are on the last patch with the last map extension before we go into the new region (major release), I can finally grab the last of the Lunaculus.
Don't worry USA,Trump will call FIFA and get the match result overruled
Genshin Luna VIII, the last full patch before the next major release and new region. I've got 185 pulls which means I'll have no problems getting Sandrone. So here we go...
Oh so that's what it looks like when its not frozen and covered in snow.

I think Nicolas Cage is a great actor, but most movies I've seen him in it's like if someone else played that part, the movie would have been just as good. But we Ben Reilly a.k.a. The Spider in Spider Noir I think he's the perfect choice.
Genshin Luna VII (First Half) - and here we are, the start of another patch. I said last time the target was 250-260 pulls, and I've got 270. Which means I can 100% get Nicole, the only question is going to be, how expensive is it going to be?
I've finished rewatching all six seasons of Lucifer. There are still a lot of moments that make me laugh. The cast is fantastic, stacked with talent and the show has probably one of my favourite entrances of a character ever. If you've never seen it, I would recommend.
Genshin Luna VI (first half) - I've got 164 pulls, which isn't enough to 100% get a new character. I would really like to get Chasca, but it looks like I'm going to have to pass and keep saving up.
What a fucking ending to series two of Paradise. In my opinion, the best show I've ever seen.
In celebration of the next chapter in Darth Nul’s story released in Star Wars: The Old Republic today, here’s the crossover you never asked for… #SWTOR
I've switch from SkyQ to Sky Stream. Initial thoughts and review. The sky stream box is much smaller so easier to discretely hide. Not having to have the sky stream box fixed to the end of long cables from my sky dish means I've got more freedom in where I put my box and TV.
F1 Aussie GP 2026 - Lots to unpack from the weekend. Piastri not making the start line for the start line Alonso inventing the Anti-DNF The new "Colapinto and go" penalty system plus Toto Wolff is going to be a meme generator this year
