Dinner was good tonight. We had 2 soft tacos.

I sent my mom more than 2 messages but they haven’t even delivered and she hasn’t seen them yet either. I hope she’s ok.

I’m feeling a lot better than today than I wad yesterday morning. I’m so glad.

About to start a new book from the library called lights out. It seems really good.

I hope my local Tim Hortons has the new Harry Potter collection. I’m going to go there tomorrow morning to get my iced coffee.

Idk which one to try first.

Just got back a little bit ago from going to Kroger and Dunkin and with my friend.

Just got back home from the ER. I feel like I went there for nothing tonight.

Probably going to the ER later today.

Looks like I’m going to finish this book here soon.

I feel really weird today, like I can’t describe it much. It seems like my surroundings and working memory seem strange.

Aww I thought my friend was going to come back over to my house again. Guess not.

Mainly been resting today with my heating pad and pain patches while reading my book I got from the library.

I just found out from my chiropractor this morning that I have spinal stenosis. He told me what it was a few months ago but I totally forgot. This is like the fifth day I’ve been in pain now and it really hurts.

August is overdose awareness month!!

My left lower back is really hurting me again today.

Just got back about 20 minutes ago from going to my chiropractor appointment. Now I’m laying in bed with a heating pad. It went okay, but I’m still in some pain. He showed me some exercises to do but I only remember like 2 of them. I’ll be going back on Thursday.

We’re under a severe thunderstorm warning. The weather looks terrible today. I really hope it doesn’t end up being a tornado watch or something.

Hate when my grandpa says you can’t please her for nothing can ya. And earlier today just in the past hour on the way home my grandma almost called me an mf.

I can’t find my grandma anywhere in this store and I’ve been looking down every aisle. I hope she’s ok.

Aww the barista that made my drink put little blue flowers all over my cup. They’re so cute.

So I just got 9 inches of my hair chopped off.

Just got back home about an hour ago from my local cities festival that had a bunch of vendors and food trunks there. It was so hot out too. My grandma was suffering from heat exhaustion, the ambulance had to come to get her checked out, and she almost had to go to the hospital.

Wednesday really can’t come soon enough. I need to see my therapist like asap.

Just got back from the phone store with my cousins. Now chilling at home for the next hour or so.
