I still think about the Soviet false alarm incident in Sep 26, 1983, where we were one ordinary person's decision away from a nuclear war, only averted because he (correctly) determined his equipment was hallucinating, and having computer systems now that are described in the same fashion.

I (with the team I was on) could have easily made Riot a couple hundred million dollars, conservatively I own a one of a kind couture piece that is monetarily worthless
Suddenly got inspiration on an old interactive fiction project that got stonewalled over developing a combat system; the solution I came up with is a 'one and done' combat style with minimal stats, no randomization and more narrative driven. Initial tests look good so far!
