Playing through Hundred Line you come to realize that Hiruko is an unreliable narrator in her own bonding events. She’s incredibly caring, but it conflicts with her icy personality. Instead of showing “weakness” she doubles-down, hiding her feelings behind a guise of indifference
I will always be a little salty with the KG route in how it emphasizes Takumi and Yugamu’s bond from the start, but then just replaces Yugamu with Tsubasa halfway through.
Glad I bought a few boxes before Aniplex closed orders for the Build/Divide HNDR set. Once they get here from Japan I’ll see about giving doubles to whoever needs them! Trying to collect this set is rough…

Darumi’s trauma in KG is so heartbreaking. Hiruko and Tsubasa both manipulate Darumi through attention/affection, but with a genuine desire to keep her alive. It’s so morally grey. KG Darumi is never able to deal with her past. She just overrides her suffering through obsession.
My theory is that Kurara pulls a Shouma when she trains, revealing how toned she actually is. #hndr_FA
I’m so stoked that S.F. ranked so highly - which means so many players played well-beyond their first ending. S.F. is such a fantastic reward for playing multiple routes and getting to know the SDU. I’m so glad Hiruko is Uchikoshi-san’s favorite character.
I’m so happy Hundred Line exists. Thank you Kodaka, Uchikoshi and everyone at Tookyo for creating such a crazy passion project. And I’m grateful to all the localizers, the voice actors and the fan artists that have made Hundred Line accessible to so many people.
I love almost all the Hundred Line characters but idk dude, Takumi and Hiruko just hit different for me. Watched someone play the killing game route recently and Hiruko saying “You’re the Takumi I know.” almost did me in.
Top-shelf relationships are where one is the most calculating, no-nonsense, powerful person you could think of, and the other is a carefree idiot that has the ability to lock tf in when necessary and makes their partner feel things just by Being a Dumbass.
As a small artist I’m grateful for everyone that leaves kind words, likes and reposts of my stuff. I’m deathly afraid of the algorithm and not being good enough but I’ll never stop trying to get better. If one person smiles because of my doodles, it’s all worth it. So thank you.
One of the things Hundred Line does so well is leaving the ending up to the player — whichever gives you the most hope. Hope for Nozomi to carry on Takumi’s wish for peace, or a hope to find a happy future together. Even after the game ends, it’s your choice. It’s your future.
What if Jesus came back as a baby and an alien species kidnapped him, then they tried to use his power to wipe us all out and take Earth for their own? That’d be super messed up. Someone should make a game about that.
