Laptop broke. Apparently this is a common problem with MSI ge76 laptops. I can barely even open it. Gonna try to get it repaired tomorrow. Hopefully it won't be too expensive

Last night I made fried rice and coconut shrimp I had a ton of leftover sauteed mushrooms so I used them this morning I made toast with feta cheese, mushroom, spinach, and from the garden: tomatoes, jalapeno, and basil<3

Homemade sourdough crust pizza ^^ Crust made from my sourdough starter, pepperoni, Canadian bacon, Italian salami, mozzarella, hot honey pizza sauce, olives, mushrooms, and some bell pepper from the garden ^^
Made a really delicious burger tonight Onion jam we made, pepper jack cheese, pineapple, and a sauce I made. The Sauce: mayo, mustard, 2 Tbsp jalapeno juice, honey, a bit of Japanese bbq sauce, a fair bit of cayenne pepper flakes, and Tony chachere's Creole seasoning

I made spinach puffs last night! Spinach mix: Sauteed shallots, garlic, spinach, dill, salt, pepper, cream cheese, feta, egg yolk, bacon bits. And I did an egg wash of the dough

Saw a wild fox in my yard! They nommed some sourdough bread I threw out. I'm really happy to see it, because foxes are my favorite animal and I have only seen one in a zoo before. I love foxes<3 Sorry for low quality photo, I did what I could, with the distance and time.
