Before we abolish ICE, first we need to use it to hunt down, arrest, and detain every American biz owners who paid the migrants for work. If working while undocumented is such a heinous crime, then the organizers and financiers need to go to prison. They’re almost all republicans too, so win-win.

There are a lot of posts out there with the close-up visual of Markwayne Mullin on January 6, but this is a better perspective. He’s not protecting others; he’s protecting himself and hiding. You can see plenty of people at the entry door, ready to take on the insurrectionists, but not Markwayne.

Here’s the thing, if they are picking up folks working in the country illegally, I’m going to need to see some white guys also being arrested for employing people working illegally in the country. Otherwise, it’s just racism.

At some point US society is going to have to face the fact that a huge percentage of the population is just bat shit crazy, egged on by the right wing propaganda machine.

Approx 40% of hospital revenue comes from medicaid and medicare. I work in a health care industry and our percentages are the same. I am betting a vast number of private physicians too. Many of these providers are going close. No business can survive a sustained 40% reduction in revenue.

I'm a Nebr farmer. GOP, but have never voted for DJT. Most of my friends did. Totally uninformed. One thought we were the only country helping Ukraine. Only listens to Fox. Will be a tough year-low grain prices, high costs for repairs, farm insurance shot up. Rural hospitals are worried.

All this proves is that right wing propaganda is so pervasive and effective that even people who otherwise identify as liberal are influenced by it.

Regardless, 69% of Americans believe transgender athletes should only play on teams that match their birth gender. If we keep fighting the culture wars instead of class wars, they’ll keep winning.

There are 500,000 athletes in D1 sports. 10 are transgendered. Statistically Z-E-R-O. Yall would have been fun in the 60’s during the civil rights era.

Lia Thomas being the standard bearer of trans athletes was a historic mistake. It strikes anyone who has competed as obviously unfair, and sticking with that despite all that has happened perpetuates being in the political wilderness. Kids soccer teams are one thing, D1 NCAA is another.

So what’s the over/under on the number of Dem members of congress smiling, laughing, applauding, and shaking hands with republicans tonight?

I differ in my opinion only in that trump is not the mastermind behind any of this. Trump just agreed to be the face of the movement. He was no doubt guaranteed alot of money and a false promise of him being considered a historic savior of the white people. A savior of the “true america”.

But, think about it, if they're "Illegal/Undocumented" here, that means they're still Citizens of another Government... 'Kidnapping of a Foreign National for Profit'. I suspect this country is nearing the point, where it's Government is Liable for violating Statutes of the famed RICO-Act.

We accomplish this by showing up at our local Dem party meetings and demanding these actions happen. Politics requires participation and thinking that either party is going to “give” us better candidates is foolishness. We have to show up and be a part of the process, not just at the ballot box.

There needs to be major changes on the left - old guard needs to step aside: Pelosi, Schumer, etc - outreach to get people to vote. Last election had less voters - midterms are always worse. - no working across the aisle - that ends with Trump 2.0. No quarter
