My spouse and I track each other's location. We were talking about if we want to keep doing it. We both just like knowing where our human is in case they need us. It certainly helped when I got assaulted and my spouse easily found me. But it's mostly just nice to know when they will get home.

I tried telling people exactly this. It does not work. We are in lizard brain zone with this stuff and I am afraid it’s too late. People have told me they’d rather have the cia track their kids than give up the “control” of tracking their loved ones. Can’t argue with that.

I'm not an educator. So this is a lay person question: Are grades the underlying problem? If college was people learning to work together to serve their communities. Learning about and cost/benefitting different tools and their outcomes. Wouldn't cheating just not be relevant?

There has to be some way we can have an actually productive conversation about cheating with gAI in university classrooms, and the domino effects for accessibility for disabled students, the overwhelming lengths faculty who care about access have to go to balance accessibility and accountability.

There are organizations that could offer many $150,000 fellowships that could support independent researchers to continue their work and get healthcare and they mostly do this on the Right.

Gender roles are just DOGE trying to remove "waste" from the government and failing.
