Sorry for my absence recently but I'd like to come on and talk about something a little more serious. For those who don't know, April is sexual assault awareness month and as someone who has been sexually assaulted more than once, I think it's extremely important to raise awareness about this.-

For my VA friends earning $$$ from using public scripts, consider the following when it comes to supporting writers: --Tipping them! (a simple $3-$5 a script can mean a lot!) --Commissioning them! (pay them AND get a personal script!) --Sharing their links with your audience Support writers 👍

Bear in mind that just because you’re a big VA doesn’t mean you don’t need to notify writers of your use of their scripts. Thank you for coming to my ted talk

Friendly reminder that just because you filled a writers script does not mean you are their partner :) Also, just because a VA has said they love you in an audio does not mean you can be creepy towards them :) Moral of the story, don’t be a creep :)
