It’s wild since I starting working pest control is having to tell restaurant owners to do the bare minimum in sanitation like wash the dishes, clean the floor, and take out the trash every night to keep the kitchen sanitary. It’s not the insects that is gross it’s the sanitation of these kitchen.

Big training announcement. Coach @foxinuptheplace.bsky.social and I decided to stop the cut ahead of schedule (because I crushed it lmao) to start my bulk. I will be approaching my generic upper limit and finally will be done building the base. Three years and I became a different animal entirely.
