My pain has been BAD the past couple of days. I see my PCP tomorrow, and *I* think that if there is a muscle or something compressing a nerve then relaxing the muscle would be a good idea so I'm going to see about muscle relaxers. I hate medication. I've tried everything else!! I hurt so bad. 😭

Made a pasta salad, had lunch on the phone with the friend, hung out for a few hours in Discord with some friends, and now I'm doing PT. That's more than I've done in a month! I don't know if this was too much, I won't know until tonight or tomorrow, but my heart is happy!!

the thing about the NYT or HP or whatever thing you think you just can't give up for Very Good Reasons? no one can come to your house and force you. and no one will know whether or not you did unless you tell them. your need to tell them to demand absolution makes me think you know it's icky.

That was an easy af process, because I keep a months worth of bills in cash form at home. They came out and took the boot off for cash, then it was a quick trip to get an emissions test, and they did the registration there, so JoJo the car is legal. 👏👏 done!
