City of Bloomington Utilities (CBU) is responding to a water main strike on East Third Street near Mother Bear's Pizza. A section of East Third Street between South Mitchell Street and South Eagleson Avenue is temporarily closed while CBU crews complete emergency repairs.

Dealing with a leak repair and higher-than-normal water bill? CBU may be able to help with our Wastewater Adjustment Request. If excess wastewater charges were caused by a leak, customers can submit a request for review by completing the adjustment form and providing repair documentation.

CBU’s bulk water station at 3220 South Walnut Street is currently out of service due to a payment system issue. Repairs are not expected to be completed until 2027.
