I love video games, movies, and rats

Love the launch roster of Marvel Tokon for the most part, but I stated thinking how things may have looked if there were 8 teams (since a match consists of 8 characters), and I moved around some of the characters, and man this would be a god like roster.

For a 20 character roster I think this is great. Everyone is so distinct from one another and there is a good mix of heroes, anti heroes and villains, newcomers people have wanted in a fighting game for years, MVC veterans you can’t live without, and more obscure out there characters.

I made a Marvel Tokon prediction roster. I wouldn’t be surprised if the base roster is smaller than this, but 30+ characters is the ideal outcome in my opinion. I wanted to make sure I added a lot of the really big, popular characters while still adding some surprising, more obscure characters.

I’m dying for more Marvel Tokon news, I haven’t been this excited for a traditional fighting game since UMvC3. I also really miss Smash Bros. fighter speculation, and speculating characters for Tokon has been activating neurons.

DK should be a grown up Jr. I don’t care if Cranky is said to be his grandfather in DKC, he is said to be his father in DK64, and the Mario movie. The idea that Jr. exists somewhere, but we just never see or hear about him is silly. Him being Jr. is cool, and gives him & Mario more of a connection.

If I watch a YouTube video where someone jokingly introduces a very popular and influential piece of media as “an underground indie thing you may have heard of” I’m turning it off. Come up with more original material, please, I am so sick of that joke.

Watching people react to the Mario Kart World trailer is funny, because people will see you can now grind on rails and drive on walls, opening up so many new gameplay possibilities, and be like “oh, cool”, then 1 second later they’re like “COOOOOOOOOOW!!!!!!”.
