👑 I think a lot of people pleasers (me included) get so used to putting everyone else’s needs before our own, we end up thinking that taking care of ourselves is selfish. It's not. It's ok to have needs, boundaries, and priorities of your own. Find a healthy balance between your needs and service.

💖 You shouldn't have to censor your authentic self to deserve love. The *right ppl* aren't going to love a fake, disingenuous, curated version of you. The *wrong ppl* will and they suck. Don't give them your attention/emotions. (BTW authenticity isn't an excuse to be a dick.)
