He was legally armed, informed the officer, complied fully, and was shot in front of his girlfriend and her daughter in the car. Philando was 32 years old. Black Lives Matter.

Got a really cool book today! Published in 1890 with a handwritten flower record from 1902, and even some pressed leaves that I assume are from about that time. It’s meant to be a botanical guide for children. So many great illustrations in it.
