Just a reminder that if the water “market” worked like the oil markets we’d have no hose pipe bans in the U.K. … just a bunch of people priced out of access to drinking water. So if we just drive less and save some oil usage why are we paying so much more ? The people who own the asset/markets£

It has been this way since time immemorial. Spending a billion a day on a ‘not’ war. Meanwhile, all you suckers can starve, die because you can’t afford healthcare or find new treatments for disease. And who the fuck needs education and arts? We aren’t mad enough!!
While I still struggle with the absurdity of “saving the planet” and “price” in the same equation, I welcome the statement of the bleedin obvious…

Heat pumps (getting of natural gas), solar and storage (reducing electricity bills), are good for your wallet, health, the climate, and ends our dependence on oil.
A screeching U-turn from the BBC… it’s now apparently, not controversial to talk about heat pumps… but a welcome one.
