He's not got any idea what he's even voting on. He has to be told how to vote. He's incapacitated. He's incapable of representing the people of Kentucky who are currently being taxed without representation.

The problem that Dems will have in 28 is that they must prosecute & reverse everything this administration did, but the GOP candidates will say “move on” and the complicit American media will also ask, “isn’t it time to move on?”. We have an obligation to make sure nothing like this happens again
When the public finally learns the full accounting of the damage done in this war, it’ll probably be too late to hold anyone in the Trump administration accountable. But this is insane. And they’re lying to the American people.
