Just spoke to an Everton fan about McNeil - and I am pretty excited to see what he can bring. We have needed a workhorse attacking player since Ayew left, sounds like he is it. We have needed a left footer for balance (set piece taker too) and can cover LWB. I am happy with it
McNeil changed his agent in his Burnley days to get a move to Palace. This has been a long time coming
I think people will change their views of McNeil once they see him play for us and his work ethic.

We can fixate on a Lacriox replacement but we are short on CM cover close to Kamada and Wharton’s level and Pino/Sarr/Johnson isn’t enough for a 50 plus game season.
