Spent the night hardening a VPS. Fun stuff ! It was one I deployed many, MANY years ago. Let's say it wasn't really secure lol.

RE: https://infosec.exchange/@BleepingComputer/116970022643503562 Great timing for my vacation ngl

Home Assistant is one of the coolest project ever.

What's everyone client of choice for Mastodon on iOS ?

Happy to share I've joined the Microsoft Security Advisors Program :) Looking forward to giving Microsoft's engineering teams some real-world Blue Team feedback from the field. #MSSecurity #BlueTeam #Intune #Defender #Entra

Cyber folks: what's your take on Termius syncing everything to their cloud, including SSH private keys? Convenience vs. blast radius if their infra gets popped. Am I being paranoid or is this a hard no for prod access?

Got accepted as a Microsoft Security Advisor !

Oh my god

Going abroad for vacation tomorrow ! Going to take my Playdate for fun :)

Black Flag Resynced is a proof that Ubisoft can be excellent.

I wish @signalapp supported CarPlay. I get the security concerns but give me the option.

I know it's a meme to be negative about working in Cyber. I speak for myself only, I love it.

RE: https://mastodon.social/@arstechnica/116892001570388653 Here we go again

PlanetRogue fixe deployed on Microsoft Defender, nothing to do. #BlueTeam

First time in vacation since I started this new job. Hopefully I won't be called too often but I guess it comes with the job.

Fuck Chat Control

I want Spiritfarer 2

I'm watching Widow's Bay. What a great fucking show. How masterful it is for combining Horror and Comedy so well.

Can't believe I was fired like a year ago and now I have the best job ever.

Spent the morning fine-tuning Windows Update rings. Then remembered: getting popped by an unpatched CVE is far less likely than someone typing creds into a fake login page. Patch hygiene matters. But your identity stack + user awareness is where the real ROI is. Budget your limited time […]

Quick M365 anti-exfil checklist most people half-finish: ✅ AutoForwardingMode = Off ✅ Transport rule blocking external forward ✅ DMARC p=reject ✅ Anti-phish impersonation protection on VIPs ⬜ ...and actually removing leavers from that VIP list Automation handles the account. The custom policy […]

What strikes me after every audit: security in small orgs isn't won against sophisticated attacks, it's won (or lost) on the boring stuff. Forgotten permissions, backups nobody ever tested, services nobody documents anymore. The real work is asking one question: "what don't I know about yet?" […]

Wow ! I have an AdGuard Home server for years and years. It has been sitting at 14% of blocked queries since forever. I have enabled Filtr by @kaylee on all my compatible Apple devices (mind you I have a lot of other equipment) and it has dropped to 4% !!!

Alright I tried Star Fox. It looks good. It's kinda fun but eeeeeehhhh. If the demo si to be believed, it feels like a small arcady game. Not sure about this one chief. I can feel the 7/10.

Just finished Mina The Hollower. Excellent graphics, top tier level design, an OST I'll listen for years to come, satisfying gameplay and a cool story. Feel like some under developed plot and character development. I'll remember this one for a long time, 9/10.

The final level of Mina the Hollower gave me such strong Earthbound vibes. As a huge fan, I refuse to believe it's a coincidence.

Mina The Hollower is so fucking good man.
