Control is a fucking brilliant game, and Remedy keeps delivering bangers. Go treat yourself, it's worth it! (and play Alan Wake 2 as well!)

If you haven't played it yet, Control is currently 90% off on steam and it is one of my favorite games of all time. It's not perfect by any measure but it has so many moments that'll make you go "oh fuck that's fucking awesome hell yeah fuck yeah" that you owe it to yourself to try it.

Goddess, the ai slop users crying about "but it's so hard to do it without the assistant" - THAT'S THE POINT! You practice a craft to grow with it. You write a book to get better at writing. You paint to learn the skill. You're supposed to STUDY THE BLADE, not read a fucking AI summary of it!!

A quick paintjob to just occupy myself during the evening. I printed this Gordon over 2 years ago, and he (along with Alyx, some Combine and a load of headcrabs) just sat in a box because I ran out of motivation to paint. Glad to be getting back into it ^_^

Finished late last night: Space Bears scout squad! Rules wise, they're a Wolf Scouts kill team, except the wolf is a bear! I had a lot of fun with them, plenty metallics, airbrushing for the bear; also the first time I've done snow bases, with a custom snow mix! (didn't wanna shell out for GW)

Finished my space bugs. Tempted to refer to them as "Hive Fleet Giger" :3 I could have done a lot more with them in terms of detailing and basing and such, but I also didn't want them to become overly complex, so I think this is a good middle ground!
