The apps I developed in my company run on #Java 25, #JakartaEE 11. Those who say "enterprise banking" or #fintech is slow and lagging behind needs to explain this to me. Automation and great #IBM support definitely helps, but it is 99% the mindset of those in charge. Prove me wrong. 🤷🏻♂️

Das schlimmste an der #Rentenreform ist gar nicht einmal, dass sie im Kapitalmarkt investiert. Das schlimmste ist, dass sie 30-40 Jahre zu spät kommt. Das Umlagesystem war eine Notlösung, weil der 1. WK die Rentenkassen geplündert hat. Das ging eine Zeit lang ganz gut.
Keine riesige Menge an telefonischen Krankschreibungen, Sanktionen führen auch nicht zu mehr Arbeit. Schön, Zahlen dafür zu haben! --- Ob das Kabinett Merz davon weiß? /s
