I’ve been struggling with my mental bad after my doctor’s appointment. Being told that I may be fully celiac (and other issues I don’t wanna get into) has made me try to figure out how ima change my lifestyle when I’m already struggling ontop of other stressors has caused me to have lack of sleep.

Cancelling tonight too. I have a appointment with my doctor tomorrow via Zoom. The increased dosage is really causing a lot of gi issues and dizziness. I will try to stream this weekend for spoopy season!
