T3. Exactly why we have MS Con. For me I always try to look also beyond words. Their context, operating scenarios, challenges. Look for the common ground and start there. The HCS is unfortunately siloed into different services. #Healthxph

I included this question because I see it causes anxiety too for the trainees. what do I say… can the consultant back me up? what if the other services don’t agree? #healthxph

T3. Not in our culture yet but respect for everyones opinion is a must. That should be heralded by a leader and enshrined by the system. We knew that shouting at a person for "causing" committing mistakes won't work for majority. It takes years of experience and reflection to learn this. #Healthxph

Let’s go to T3. #healthxph because at our national hospital, we get very complex cases, multidisciplinary conferences are needed often.

T1. From an admin perspective, there has been a lot of tool for this- quality wise and with agencies assigned, standardized. Yet from a healthcare prof, I felt we're missing something. Addressing whats expressed on those metrics seem long and arduous. #healthxph

Let's get the ball rolling with T1. How do we define patient satisfaction both from the patient side and the healthcare provider side? #healthXPH there might be a disconnect in perspectives so we dont want to make any assumptions.
