My dad passed away 2 years ago and we’ve had his ashes at home since then. But today we’re taking them to his final resting place. I’m trying not to dwell on it too much but it feels like saying goodbye all over again.

My summer is complete! Finally got my hands on some Kawartha Dairy The Tragically Chip! I can’t wait to dig in! 😍🍨

Umm…. I have questions. (Yes, I spotted this at the store. No, I didn’t buy it because it was pretty expensive. But now I regret not splurging because I’m soooo curious about the taste)

As a semi-related aside, I’ve had to block a few people today. Please don’t come at me blaming Canada for the smoke - the US has fires raging too. People are dying. Whole communities are being wiped out. Don’t be a jerk about a little smoke.

The sky outside my house is… frightening. (No camera filter & in reality it’s a bit darker than my helpful bright camera has captured). I took these at noon. I can’t imagine what it’s like closer to the fires. Stay safe everyone.

I have reached the part in #BluePrince where I'm just starting new days, hoping for a lucky combo of rooms because I need to do very specific things in a very specific order & I think I may be stuck here for 5 years (real-life years, not in-game years). 😭
