UofL Health declined to comment on "pending litigation."

Talked about this on the pod, but I’m totally fine with taking some time with Byars. I’m always wary of overloading inexperienced professionals. But she’s the best American attacker who’s on the outside looking in & I don’t think it’s close (yes including her)
