At what point do we look at some reviews and question how they were written? There is one site where the content being pushed is questionable, yet they continue to publish some very easy-to-see AI-assisted (if not written) work.
I spoke with @solfleet.bsky.social about our experiences with Beast of Reincarnation and flip-flopped quite a bit on the score. Ultimately there are issues I can't ignore despite having a lot of fun with the combat. Everything else feels shallow or half-baked when it shouldn't

Long weekend for us in Canada so I've been away however, Lies of P is coming to the Switch 2 and it's still the best Souls game not made by FromSoft. We're seeing more and more ports struggle on Switch 2 but I feel the issues P faces are easily fixable with a patch.

Spider-Man: Brand New Day was outstanding. While Marvel took the long way around to tell the character’s origin, the first outing as Spider-Man as we know him delivered one of the best movies in the MCU. Can’t wait for a rewatch!

Mahershala Ali doesn't need Marvel, and honestly, his new movie is more of what I want to see from him. He had his time on Luke Cage and was one of the best characters on the Netflix shows.
Steve and I had some hands on time with Gears of War: E-Day and the multiplayer feels great either the added verticality adding a whole new layer to the familiar gameplay.
