People are upset with Winston for his racist comments, but I have yet to hear the politicians protest at Winston for using the “R” word, a derogatory word to demean disabled, esp learning disabled. He used it to denigrate a colleague but it shows how arrogant it is to use that word & insult disabled

I think I worked really hard to help internet nz be less shit to Maori, disabled, non-pakeha straight dominant demographic. I only really made significant progress on Maori inclusion, and it never got fully into safety. Maybe for small moments it did, but so many people dragging it backwards.
