If I were to build a CyberDeck, it might look at bit like a book with a 3D printed interior, a "limit hinge", snap closing, curved edge to simulate book paper, 1920x1080, Bluetooth keyboard, dual 5,000mah lipos, 2 spare USB ports, storage, and powered by a RPiZ2W. Just sayin' 😎

Getting old sucks. Getting new "glasses" to do electronics is geek cool! These are Dental Loupes. These will take some getting used to! The working distance about 375mm. The clarity is excellent. They are a front heavy so the strap is kind of a must have.
The WCH CH32V203 has less than 128 bytes for non-volatile persist data. When this is not enough, the typical solution is to add an external FLASH or EEPROM chip. ... but this isn't necessary. It's easy to reserve the top of program FLASH for a storage area - R/W in 256 byte blocks.
The next generation of eChallengeCoin!! (c) 2028 With the help of uberwoozle we have a working PlatformIO example using the entire 224KB of the CH32V203 chip. Thus is huge ! (pun) The chip is less then 40¢ in quantity and is a dev board from @adafruit.com

I encountered an interesting phenomenon- ** Claude Kludging ** This is when an AI can't solve a problem so it just starts layering hack upon hack in hopes of getting things to work. At no point does it stop to think it should step back and reevaluate its life choices.

The risks or working with UV resin mixed with strontium aluminate ... ... I'm not sure how long it will take to wear off as I've scrubbed my hands with a scotchbrite pad 3 times already.
I have used neopixel compatible WS2812-4020 side emitting addressable LEDs for 3 years. I hate them. Today I assembled a set of PCBs using the SK6812-EC6210R side emitting addressable LEDs. These are much easier to work with. More importantly, if/when needed, these are much easier to rework.

"The Conscience of a Hacker" (often called the "Hacker Manifesto") was written in 1986 by Loyd Blankenship aka "the Mentor". I was challenged to commemorate the 40th anniversary with a coin.
