There's never been a clearer sign of: 1) How bad the cash burn at SpaceX & Tesla is 2) How desperate it's made Musk (eg, amputating Giga Shanghai) 3) How hard it'll be to merge SPCX & TSLA 4) How likely it is that $TSLA & $SPCX shareholders get "Musked" in the process www.wsj.com/business/aut...

Exclusive | Tesla Weighs Sale of China Business to Pave Way for Potential SpaceX Merger

The U.S. automaker could sell or spin off the business in its second-largest market over geopolitical concerns.

Tesla proudly tweets about having produced its 10 millionth car only 6 years after its 1 millionth, something Toyota does every 10 months. This is how starved Tesla is for any grain of positive news. $TSLA

The Musk fluffers got their Cybercab talking points, now 3 months in production without 1 paid ride or 1 sale to a customer. This epic waste of R&D and development time is proof that Musk is not a genius, but a moron. The $25K Model 2 could've sold like hot cakes by now. $TSLA

Great takedown of Elon Musk's image as a "genius", which is a total misconception. $TSLA is -16% YTD vs the Nasdaq's +15%, while $SPCX is now one of the most disappointing IPOs on record. People are realizing how full of shit Musk is with all of this "Robotaxi" & "orbital data center" hype.

Over 60 people have died from Musk's "baby stages" in his experiment with "AI" in "self-driving" cars. He's bad at AI & admitted xAI needs to be rebuilt. Waymo robotaxis have 0 human deaths, albeit they were at fault for one feline fatality. Why can't people 👇 understand that FSD is dangerous?

Why is it so hard for ppl to get that we’re in the baby stages of AI? Ppl getting off on these big owns - as if working out the bugs means AI is only hype. You’re all going to look like morons when it’s so damn good that you’re only option will be moving the goalposts and whining about windows.

They've had 22 crashes *with* safety drivers in only 12 months, including: 1) 2 minor injuries (1 hospitalized) 2) 18 property damages 3) 12 at-fault crashes (55% of total) 4) 3 tow-aways Human drivers are 3.5x safer. This is history's most elaborate dog-and-pony show. $TSLA

Tesla's crash data hides FSD injuries. * 99% of crashes in 2026: "unknown" injuries * 100% of all ≥60mph crashes: Injury Level "unknown" * Precrash Movement "unknown": 6%->58% in 3yrs Guess why Musk says "safety first" before scaling robotaxis. 🧵 1/4 bradmunchen.substack.com/p/teslas-cra...

Tesla's Crash Reports Hide FSD Injuries

Analysis of all crash data to date shows that 99% of recent incidents don't disclose injury levels, despite high-impact crashes; other serious incidents with various redactions show data missing.

I've never seen the ball-gargling cult of Musk in as much raging disbelief until China showed they too can land rockets, most likely at lower costs. 😂 Needless to say, the $28.5 trillion "TAM" that SpaceX mentioned in their IPO docs is about to get carved up. Time to redo your DCFs. $SPCX $TSLA
