Bravely Told Games 🔜 TCTC 2026
@bravelytold.com
Creators of the party card game "Cult Following: The One True Game" where you make ridiculous cults and pitch them to your friends. Our new project "Tis Mutiny!" is a pirate adventure for 3-6 players that's 30 minutes of comradery and shouting YARR! a lot
A WILD 3 player game with Harry, with almost every port burned to the ground, and every ship sunk to the bottom of the sea, the waters infested with sharks, but we safely landed in Port! Where will your next Tis Mutiny Adventure take you?
Hey, tomorrow is @terminalcitycon.ca! Do you want to have a pirate adventure? Come join our crew tomorrow!
Cult Following is going to sell out by (or before) Sunday. With the tariff situation, we have no plans for a reprint. Grab your copy while you can!

Nice. (No, seriously, we're running out, get yours while you can!)
Thank you @protocon-bc.bsky.social ! What a great weekend and a great first ProtoCon BC! Lots of great demos with lots of great people!
We're at @protocon-bc.bsky.social the weekend of November 8th, and will have several demos of our pirate semi-coop adventure "Tis Mutiny!". We look forward to sailing with new crew soon!
After an involuntary summer hiatus, we're back! We just purchased tickets to demo at Protocon BC (@protocon-bc.bsky.social) here in Vancouver this November, and are looking forward to sharing our pirate adventure "Tis Mutiny" with you all again! Learn more and get your tickets at www.protoconbc.ca!
Finally, we dusted off mailchimp to send an update on Tis Mutiny! In summary - development nearing completion, tariffs suck, follow us on Bluesky and join our discord.
Page layout for game rules is hard. Here's an *early* draft of a single page. Trying to give a sense of the contents of the box.
Woo! 50 followers! Just 10 more and we dust off our X account just long enough to delete it.
Indie Board Game Devs! Want to nuke your other social media accounts, but are worried about losing precious outreach? Gamify it! As @bravelytold.com reaches these other subscriber counts, I will delete the old account! Why follow us? Piracy! Cults! Games for your table to tell your *own* story.
THANK YOU for an epic TCTC 2025!! Join us March 27-29, 2026 for three FULL days of TCTC 2026 at Canada Place!
I’m sad I only got to check out one game in Proto-Alley but everyone needs to keep an eye out for @trevorbradley.bsky.social’s collaborative card game #TisMutiny.
Incredible weekend in the Proto Alley @terminalcitycon.ca! Organization, attendance and participation absolutely blew us away! Thanks to everyone who dropped by to play Tis Mutiny! Kickstarter in 3-4 months. 🤞🤞🤞. Watch this space!
Parrots??! In a game about Pirates? Ludicrous!
If you're @terminalcitycon.ca this weekend, our game is "Tis Mutiny", a pirate adventure game of shifting allegiances that's an excuse to sit around the table for 30 minutes and shout "YARRR!" a lot. Expecting to be late into Proto Alley today, maybe 11am. Friday was a late night!
Had full intentions keeping up with social media at @terminalcitycon.ca today. But we were *swamped* from 3pm to 10pm with people coming by Proto Alley. What an incredible Friday convention - organizers, you should feel proud of the achievement. Now to get my voice back for tomorrow!
TCTC going all in on Tis Mutiny's card design to promote Vancouver's Board Game Convention, and we are *here* for it!
One more sleep till #TCTC25! Come find us tomorrow from 3pm onwards, at the #Vancouver convention centre (East Building) - for boardgames, roleplaying, and geeky accessories galore!
25% tariff on imports from @thegamecrafter.bsky.social into Canada... ☹️☹️☹️ Game prototyping during a trade war.
Trying to convey the size of a 9x9 rulebook. Banana for scale. Super rough draft. Trying to work out a general layout - very different from Google docs. Left page/Right page really matters when trying to explain a concept.
Still looking for a good alternative to selling our card game on Amazon in the US. If there was a "I can't believe it's not Amazon (with vastly superior working conditions)" we'd move in a heartbeat. Reaching out to 100 FLGSs would be cool, but wildly impractical and labour intensive for an indie.
Anyone here ever play "Cult Following: The One True Game"?
