Sat down on the couch to kill a few minutes before the bus is due, and Vasya immediately decided it was her civic duty to stop me from leaving again. Apparently she does not want me to see Spider-Man

Finished my book, threw in my last load of laundry, and I've actually accomplished a ton of genuine work for my job today that I feel great about. What a good Tuesday 😊

Extra work from home day is such a lovely treat when I already have a short week. 😊 (work is doing evacuation exercises of the buildings today and nobody wanted to waste an hour standing around outside.)

Movie library rewatch pick of the week is the X-Men series. Yes, all of them. Yes, even those ones. (There are 3 missing from my library and I don’t intend to ever own those, but they are being added to the rewatch for completions sake. And because I never managed to actually watch one of them.)

The 2nd pick for today’s rewatches. (Well, 3rd. I watched the original version first. That was a mistake. For a film that was my very favorite as a young child, it’s almost unwatchable as an adult.) (Happily, this version is damn near perfect and gives me all the magic feels the original used to.)

Movie Library Rewatch Of Doom this week required some much-needed comfort viewing, and thus I indulged in the Pirates of the Caribbean trilogy. (WTF do you mean there are 5 shut up IT'S A TRILOGY in the same way Supernatural only has 5 seasons.) Anyway, wow, I really still fucking love these. 😭💖

I have rules about how I collect autographs. Rules which I broke to obtain this one. Totally worth it. I’ve wanted this for a long, LONG time. (Never forget the ten (10) times I saw this film in theaters, specifically for this guy.) Anyway the price was unbeatable, love me a good SWAU auction. 😁
